Welcome to Human.Guru ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Human.Guru provides lifestyle matchmaking, interpersonal assessment, coaching, and community access ("Services"). Services are offered to adults aged 21 and older. Participation is by application or invitation only.
2. Confidentiality
All client interactions and introductions are treated as private and confidential. Members are expected to maintain the same discretion toward other participants. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of membership.
3. Code of Conduct
All members and clients agree to the Human.Guru Code of Conduct, which governs respectful communication, consent, and behavior. Violation may result in immediate suspension or removal.
4. Payments
Service fees, retainers, or membership dues are billed as outlined in your individual agreement. Payments are processed securely through third-party systems such as Stripe. Refunds or cancellations follow our Refund Policy (see below).
5. No Guarantees
Human.Guru facilitates introductions and provides coaching to improve relationship outcomes, but cannot guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or specific results. Clients understand that personal effort and honesty are part of the process.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, and branding (logos, designs, text) are property of Human.Guru and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Human.Guru shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including but not limited to emotional outcomes, scheduling conflicts, or third-party conduct.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Marin County, California.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
