Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Human.Guru ( "Consultant") and Client ("Client").

1. Services Provided

Human.Guru provides private matchmaking, relationship coaching, and personal development services under the following programs:

Human Alignment Session – 90-minute consultation for self-assessment and relationship readiness.

The Human Process – Traditional matchmaking focused on long-term relationships.

Lifestyle Matchmaking – Discreet matchmaking focused on chemistry and lifestyle compatibility.

Full Spectrum / Couple+ Matchmaking – Matchmaking services for couples or individuals pursuing both traditional and lifestyle connections.

Coaching – Individual or package sessions for personal or relationship coaching.

VIP Velvet Rope – Custom, in-person concierge and travel experiences.

Community Membership – Online membership for learning, community, and event access.

2. Term & Duration

Each engagement will specify a start date and duration as follows, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

An "active search" begins once payment is received and the onboarding call is completed.

3. Introductions

Matchmaking programs include 3–6 curated introductions within the active search period.

Full Spectrum / Couple+ programs may include up to 8 introductions.

All introductions are personally vetted by Human.Guru and made in good faith to align with Client's preferences and stated goals.

Human.Guru does not guarantee romantic compatibility, relationship outcomes, or exclusivity of matches.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are due in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed. Payment is accepted via Stripe or approved bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable once services begin.

5. Confidentiality

Human.Guru maintains the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Client information and personal data are never sold or shared.

Matches receive only information pre-approved by the Client.

Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any introductions, match details, or proprietary methods used by Human.Guru.

6. Code of Conduct

All clients agree to:

Treat all introductions with respect, honesty, and courtesy.

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that may endanger others.

Communicate feedback honestly to help refine the matchmaking process.

Acknowledge that participation is voluntary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Human.Guru reserves the right to terminate services without refund for behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.

7. Termination & Refunds

Either party may terminate services in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once an active search or coaching has begun.

In the event of illness, relocation, or other significant life changes, Human.Guru may allow a one-time credit or pause of up to three months, at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Client acknowledges that Human.Guru provides a professional service but cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Human.Guru and its representatives are not liable for emotional, physical, or financial outcomes resulting from introductions or coaching. Liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by Client for services rendered.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior written or verbal agreements. No changes shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
