Refund & Cancellation Policy

Human.Guru provides high-touch, personalized services that require significant time, planning, and discretion. This policy ensures mutual respect for that commitment.
1. Discovery Calls
Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, email hello@human.guru and we will confirm a new time.
2. Memberships and Private Client Services
All membership fees, retainers, and service payments are non-refundable once accepted and confirmed. Payments represent allocated time, research, and resources dedicated to your personalized search and assessment.
If Human.Guru initiates a cancellation before services begin, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
3. Coaching and Session Packages
Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited. Unused sessions remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and may be applied toward future services if approved in writing.
4. Termination by Human.Guru
Human.Guru reserves the right to suspend or terminate any engagement if a client violates the Code of Conduct, fails to maintain professional communication, or breaches confidentiality. In these cases, no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Requests
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing to billing@human.guru. We will review and respond within five business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
6. Force Majeure
If services are disrupted by events beyond reasonable control (such as natural disasters, illness, or system outages), Human.Guru will work with you to reschedule affected sessions or provide credit toward future services.
