Our founder, Scott Caito, spent 25 years in executive search helping companies hire extraordinary humans who fit on paper as well as in culture, chemistry, and energy. After more than 10,000 interviews, he developed a rare ability to get people to open up, see their inner world, and understand who they are at their core. His empathy, insight, and intuition helped him learn what motivates people, how they connect, and what makes relationships last.
The turning point came when he realized the clarity and structure he used to build great teams were completely missing from modern dating. In that reflection, he also recognized the many marriages, relationships, unforgettable flings, and hookups he had facilitated simply by putting the right people in the same room.

Yes. Joining the Human.Guru network is free. You can apply, be vetted, and connect with intentional adults at no cost. Paid services are optional and designed for those who want deeper guidance or curated introductions.
It’s the same playbook. First, we define what you are actually looking for: values, lifestyle, energy, and fit. Then we search quietly and strategically. Successful searches aren’t built on volume. They’re built on precision. The best placements and the best relationships come down to cultural and interpersonal fit.
It depends on the level of support you choose. Traditional Matchmaking includes up to six introductions. Lifestyle Matchmaking offers up to eight. VIP clients receive ongoing introductions throughout their engagement. We prioritize quality over quantity. Every introduction is intentional.
Yes. Human.Guru includes a private, members-only network for approved individuals who want to connect intentionally. Community members may participate as suiters and may be considered for curated introductions with matchmaking clients. While there are no guarantees of introductions, all suiters are screened and expected to meet Human.Guru standards.
Yes. Human.Guru welcomes all genders, orientations, identities, and relationship styles, including LGBTQ+, monogamous, and ethically non-monogamous individuals and couples. What unites the community is intention, respect, maturity, and consent.
